About the job

As a Partner Operations Manager at Crackle, you will play a key role in managing relationships with Sell Side Partners (SSPs). As a single point of contact, your role will involve managing day to day operations, adopting new products/features and identifying opportunities to grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to established procedures and quality standards.
  • Strong Execution: Analyze partner performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Problem Solving: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Regularly monitor account performant, track key metrics, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders
  • New Product adoption: Stay on top of new product and feature launches
  • Communication & Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and achieve organizational goals
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned partners, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Product & Market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings, ensuring solutions align with evolving client needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Management or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience in operations management, minimum 2 years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving and analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets etc
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for driving growth
  • Good communication and presentation skills
